Subject to availability, HFH has small groups designed for children and adolescents. These groups target social skills, impulsivity, accountability, and more.

Group rates vary

Play and art therapies are often considered more effective than traditional talk therapy for children because they offer non-verbal avenues for expression and exploration of emotions, which can be more accessible for children than verbal communication.

 Through using a person-centered approach, I focus on a family's strengths and goals, to utilize expression and family therapy theories that are most helpful.

I also offer parenting sessions specifically to build skills, confidence, and get expectations met at home.
